# Enable article optimization recommendations

Enable article optimization recommendations in ServiceNow Otto to activate AI-powered improvement suggestions for knowledge articles.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Admin**.

2.  Select the **AI Skills** tab.

3.  In the left panel, select **Platform**.

4.  Under **Platform**, select **Knowledge**.

5.  Locate the **Article Optimization Recommendations** toggle and enable it.

6.  Select **Save**.
