# Assessment notification workflow

The system sends assessment notifications according to the Notify assessment user workflow. Users with the workflow\_admin, workflow\_creator, or workflow\_publisher roles can view workflows.

1.  To open the graphical Workflow Editor, navigate to **Workflow** > **Workflow Editor**.
2.  In the activity menu, click the link to choose an existing workflow.

3.  Select **Notify assessment user** from the Workflow Versions list.

    The workflow appears.
