# Exploring Service Catalog

You can use Service Catalog to customize portals where your customers can request catalog items such as service and product offerings. You can also standardize request fulfillment to ensure the accuracy and availability of the items in the catalogs.

## Service Catalog overview

You can set up one or more service catalogs and provide self-service opportunities. Organize your catalog offerings by using the ability to publish multiple catalogs targeted to specific audiences.
