# Configure Document Intelligence using ServiceNow Otto for Accounts Payable Operations \(APO\)

Configure Document Intelligence using AI skills in Accounts Payable Operations to enable AI-powered invoice data extraction.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

Scope: Accounts Payable Operations with Document Intelligence.

Plugins required:

-   ServiceNow Otto in Document Intelligence
-   Account Payable Invoice Processing
-   ServiceNow Otto for Accounts Payable Operations \(APO\)
-   Document Intelligence for Accounts Payable Operations Content Pack

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Admin Hub** > **Skills** and select the **AI Skills** tab in the AI Admin Hub console.

2.  Select **Finance and Supply Chain** > **Accounts Payable Operations** > **Invoice data extraction** to view the skills for the APO features.

3.  Select **Activate** the skill.

    The **Invoice processing - Gen AI** use case is provided as out of the box within the skill.

4.  Select **Invoice processing - Gen AI** use case.\[Omitted image "doc-intel-na.png"\] Alt text: Invoice data extraction

5.  Select **Save and Continue**.

6.  In the **Review and activate** section, select **Activate**.


## Result

DocIntel configured using the **Invoice data extraction** skill is activated successfully.
