# Search for finance cases

As a finance specialist, search for finance cases from the Finance Operations Workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_fin\_ops.specialist

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to either of the following:

    -   **All** > **Finance Operations** > **Finance Operations Workspace**.
    -   **Workspaces** > **Finance Operations Workspace**.
2.  In the global search, enter the finance case number.\[Omitted image "fin-ops-search.png"\] Alt text: Search for finance cases

    **Note:** If you have access to the Soure-to-Pay workspace, you can also search for relevant cases in that workspace.


## Result

The search results show the finance case, if it exists.
