# Configure Sourcing and Procurement Operations

Open the SPO Configuration Console and complete the configurations for your SPO deployment.

## Before you begin

Sourcing and Procurement Operations must be installed on your instance. See [Install Sourcing and Procurement Operations](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/sourcing-and-procurement-operations/install-spo-ai.md).

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  From the header of your ServiceNow instance, navigate to **Admin** > **Admin Home**.

2.  From the **Manage your products** section, select Sourcing and Procurement Operations.

    The Product Hub page for Sourcing and Procurement Operations is displayed.

3.  From the **Configure your product** section, select **Configure**.

    The SPO Configuration Console is displayed.

4.  From the SPO Configuration Console, perform any of the following tasks.

    |Choice|Description|
    |------|-----------|
    |**Configuration Summary in the left navigation pane**|Provides a summary of configuration activity and progress across modules.|
    |**Configure with AI**|Opens ServiceNow Otto to configure the selected item. Availability depends on whether that configuration item supports agent assistance. For more information about the ServiceNow Otto panel and the configuration page options in general, see [Understand the Configuration page flow in ServiceNow Otto for Setup](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/ia-configure-il.md).|
    |**Configurations under Platform and Procurement Case Management in the left navigation pane**|For each module, view the default configuration \(if available\) and modify it if necessary. For the configuration areas available under Procurement Case Management, see [Configuring case management in Sourcing and Procurement Operations](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/sourcing-and-procurement-operations/configuring-case-management-spo.md).|
    |**Package and download**|Packages configuration changes into an update set and downloads it, for promotion to another instance.|
