Organizations that are migrating from an email-first process often need to keep received, sent, and draft emails visible alongside the record they relate to. Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement cases include related lists that surface these emails without requiring the procurement specialist to leave the record or search a separate mailbox. ## Which records show which email related lists Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement cases all have the same three related lists: **Received Emails**, **Sent Emails**, and **Draft Emails**. Received Emails is new; Sent Emails and Draft Emails already existed on all three record types. |Record type|Related lists available| |-----------|-----------------------| |Purchase requisition|Received Emails, Sent Emails, Draft Emails| |Purchase order|Received Emails, Sent Emails, Draft Emails| |Procurement case|Received Emails, Sent Emails, Draft Emails| ## Where the related lists appear The email related lists appear in the following interfaces: - **Core UI** Related lists for Draft Emails, Sent Emails, and Received Emails appear in the related lists section of purchase requisition, purchase order, and procurement case records, alongside other related lists. **Note:** The Received Emails related list appears only in the Purchasing view. \[Omitted image "procurement-emails-plat.png"\] Alt text: Purchase Requisition form with the Received Emails tab highlighted in the Related Links section. - **Source-to-Pay Workspace** Open a purchase requisition, purchase order, or procurement case record, and select the **Emails** related list tab.
