# Purchase requisition and purchase order progress tracking

Procurement specialists and buyers use the Progress Tracker to monitor the approval and fulfillment lifecycle for purchase requisitions and purchase orders. View completed and pending workflow steps, access assigned work items, and review transition history.

The Progress Tracker displays the approval and fulfillment lifecycle for purchase requisitions \(PRs\) and purchase orders \(POs\). The stepper shows which steps have completed, which is current, and which are pending. The info card provides contextual details: assigned users, pending work items, completion dates, and — for deviation states — the reason the record diverged and the required next action.
