# System properties for Progress Tracker visibility

Two system properties control whether the Progress Tracker displays on purchase requisition and purchase order records. The procurement administrator role is required to read or write these properties.

Controls whether the Progress Tracker displays on purchase requisition records in the workspace. When set to true, the tracker shows the states the purchase requisition progresses through.

</table>The record form header and the area below the Write roles field each show **Delete** and **Update** buttons. Select **Update** to save a changed value in the **Value** field.

## Required administrator role

A user must have the sn\_shop.procurement\_administrator role to read or change either property.
