# Activate Agent Chat and load demo data

Activate Agent Chat and load demo data.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **System Applications** > **All Available Applications** > **All**.

2.  Find the Agent Chat plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.

3.  Select **Install**.

4.  In the Activate Plugin dialog box, select the **Load demo data** check box, and then select **Activate**.
