# Manage documents from the Supplier Collaboration Portal

Manage documents by uploading, updating and downloading the required documents from the Supplier Collaboration Portal.

## Before you begin

Ensure that you have created a supplier document configuration. For more information, see [Supplier Document Management](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/supplier-lifecycle-operations/supp-doc-mgmt-overview.md).

Role required: sn\_slm.contact or sn\_slm.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the Supplier Collaboration Portal home page by accessing your instance URL and adding a /supplier suffix.

    For example, `https://example.com/supplier`.

2.  You can upload, and download documents using one of the following methods.

    |Action|Description|
    |------|-----------|
    |**Upload or download a document from the My Company page**|Upload documents from the My Company page. For more information, see [Manage documents from My Company page](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/supplier-lifecycle-operations/manage-documents-from-my-company.md).|
    |**Upload documents from the My Tasks page**|Upload documents from the My Tasks page to complete tasks assigned by the supplier relationship manager. For more information, see [Upload document from My Tasks page](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/supplier-lifecycle-operations/upload-document-from-my-tasks-page.md).|
    |**Upload, download, manage permissions, from the Documents tab**|This tab lets you manage documents without needing a supplier manager to initiate the process first.For more information, see [Manage documents from Documents tab](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/supplier-lifecycle-operations/manage-documents-from-documents-tab.md).|

The Documents tab lets supplier contacts upload and manage documents without needing a supplier manager to initiate the process first. Supplier contacts can also manage document permissions from the Documents tab.
