# View KPI data from the List page of the Source-to-Pay Workspace

You can view the details of the existing KPIs from the List view page.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_kpi.admin or sn\_slm.manager or sn\_slm.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Supplier Lifecycle Operations** > **Source-to-Pay Workspace**.

2.  Do one of the following steps to view KPIs In the Source-to-Pay Workspace:

    -   Select the list icon \(\[Omitted image "cases-list-icon.png"\] Alt text: List icon.\), navigate to **Lists** > **Performance management** > **KPIs**.
    -   Select the list icon \(\[Omitted image "cases-list-icon.png"\] Alt text: List icon.\), navigate to **Lists** > **Performance management** > **KPI Templates**. In the Name column, select the link to a KPI template, and then select the **KPIs** tab.
3.  In the Name column, select the link to a KPI.\[Omitted image "view-kpi-list-page.png"\] Alt text: Tabs present in the KPI view.

Details

</td><td>

Displays information about basic details, KPI properties, and data collection that you specified in the in the KPI template. This tab also indicates whether the KPIs are qualitative or quantitative.

Thresholds

</td><td>

Lists the KPI thresholds that you configured for the KPI template.

</td></tr><tr><td>

KPI Data

</td><td>

Displays the KPI data that is collected based on the specified collection frequency in the KPI template.

Tasks

</td><td>

Lists the tasks of Action type **Provide input**.Each task is assigned to the user that you specified in the **Collection source type** field for the KPI template.

The supplier manager completes the assigned task from the Source-to-Pay Workspace.
