# View supplier performance dashboard

You can view the overall supplier score, risk score, individual KPI scores, and performance domain-specific scores in the supplier performance dashboard.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_kpi.admin or sn\_slm.manager or sn\_slm.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Supplier Lifecycle Operations** > **Source-to-Pay Workspace**.

2.  Under Quick actions, select Manage my suppliers.

3.  Under My suppliers, select the legal name of the supplier.

4.  Select the **Performance** tab.

    The **Performance** tab displays the overall score and risk profile of the supplier. You can also view the performance domain-wise KPI scores of the supplier.

    **Note:** From the March 2026 Australia release, all scores are calculated up to three decimal places. To implement this change, [Run fix script to update the KPI weighted score field in the KPI score table](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/supplier-lifecycle-operations/run-fixscript-update-kpi-weighted-score.md).

    All the KPIs are grouped by the performance domain set in the KPI template that they were created from.

    **Note:** If **FedEx Dataworks** is integrated, the **FedEx Dataworks - supplier performance benchmarking** section is accessible for suppliers that have a FedEx Dataworks Supplier ID. Relationship managers can retrieve FedEx Dataworks logistics performance metrics for those suppliers. ## Result

The supplier performance dashboard is displayed with information on the latest scores of the supplier.
