If you have an admin role, you can activate the Telecommunications Customer 360 application. The Telecommunications Customer 360 \(com.sn\_telecom\_c360\) plugin is available as a separate subscription. The application includes the demo data and installations that are related to ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins.

The Telecommunications Customer 360 \(com.sn\_telecom\_c360\) plugin activates these related plugins, if they aren’t already active.
