# Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kreedae ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Information We Collect

### 1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or use certain features, we may collect:

- **Account information:** email address, display name, and profile photo (when provided through Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email registration).
- **Gameplay and social data:** game statistics, scores, friends list, room participation, and in-game display names used in multiplayer sessions.
- **Support communications:** information you send when you contact us for help or feedback.

You must sign in to use most features of the App. Some data is also stored locally on your device (for example, player profile and energy settings).

### 1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

- **Device information:** device model, operating system version, language, and general device settings.
- **Identifiers:** app instance identifiers and, where permitted by your device settings, advertising identifiers used by ad partners.
- **Usage data:** games played, features used, session activity, and interaction with ads.
- **Log and diagnostic data:** IP address, app version, timestamps, and error information needed to operate and secure the service.

### 1.3 Device Permissions

The App may request access to:

- **Camera:** to scan QR codes when joining game rooms. Camera images are processed on your device for scanning; we do not use the camera for any other purpose.

The App may use device motion sensors (for example, accelerometer) for certain game mechanics. This data is processed on your device and is not used to identify you.

We do not access your photo library, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

## 2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, operate, and maintain the App (including account sign-in, multiplayer games, rooms, and leaderboards).
- Sync your profile, stats, and progress across devices when you are signed in.
- Display advertisements (on supported platforms).
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App.

## 3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that process data on our behalf. These providers collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Depending on your platform and features, these may include:

We do **not** currently use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics in this App.

## 4. Advertising

The App may show ads provided by **Google AdMob** (mobile apps) and **Google AdSense** (web browser). Ad partners may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, including interest-based advertising where allowed by law and your device or browser settings.

On the **web version**, ads may appear in a full-screen overlay between game sessions. You can dismiss these ads using the on-screen **Continue** or **Close** control.

You can limit personalized advertising by:

- **Web:** Your browser's privacy or cookie settings, and [Google's Ads Settings](https://adssettings.google.com).
- **iOS:** Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and/or Apple Advertising settings).
- **Android:** Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

## 5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

On **Android**, the App offers optional premium subscriptions (for example, ad-free play and extra benefits) through Google Play. On **iOS**, the same premium subscriptions are available through the App Store. Payment is processed by Google or Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Purchase history and subscription status may be verified through our backend (Firebase Cloud Functions) to grant entitlements across devices when you use the same account.

## 6. Data Storage and Retention

- Account and gameplay data linked to your sign-in are stored in Google Firebase (cloud servers, which may be located outside your country).
- Some data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage.
- We retain information as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

## 7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

## 8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity. You can also:

- Sign out of your account in the App.
- **Delete your account** in the App: open **Profile** → **Delete account**, confirm by typing DELETE. This permanently removes your account and associated profile data from our systems.

- Adjust camera and advertising settings in your device system settings.

**Subscriptions:** Premium subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or certain other regions, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

## 10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

## 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" at the top when we do. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
