# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kreedae mobile application and related services (the "App") operated by Ezigboe ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

## 2. Accounts

- You may sign in with email, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or as a guest where offered.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

## 3. Use of the App

You agree not to:

- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in rooms, chat, or friend features.
- Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We provide multiplayer party games, rooms, matchmaking, leaderboards, and optional premium features. Game rules and availability may change without notice.

## 4. Virtual Items and Energy

The App may include virtual energy, scores, stats, and other in-app elements. These have no real-world cash value, are not transferable, and may be modified or reset as part of game balance or account actions.

## 5. Premium Subscriptions

On **Android**, premium subscriptions are sold through **Google Play**. On **iOS**, they are sold through the **App Store** as auto-renewable subscriptions.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings (Google Play subscriptions, or **Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions** on iOS) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Benefits (such as reduced ads or extra energy) apply while your subscription is active.
- Payment is processed by Google or Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we do not control store billing decisions.

## 6. Advertising

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by ad networks and is not endorsed by us.

## 7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, graphics, and game content, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

## 8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Apple In-App Purchase. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

## 9. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

## 11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

## 12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
