# Documentation TODOs and PQC — retired index

**Status:** RETIRED. This file was a fourth documentation index and it
drifted: it still asked for a Monero-era UTXO snapshot (rejected in
[`GENESIS_TRANSPARENCY.md`](GENESIS_TRANSPARENCY.md) §4), still treated
12-decimal `0.004` supply as an open redesign, cited a non-existent
`.cursor/rules/privacy-security.mdc`, and omitted address v2 / SLH-DSA.
