# Privacy Policy for Znichka

This Privacy Policy explains how we ("we", "us", "our") collect, use, and protect your information when you use the **Znichka** mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

## 1. Information We Collect

Our App is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in with third-party services. We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide core game features, such as the global leaderboard.

The data we collect includes:

- **Anonymous Device Identifier:** We generate a random unique identifier (UUID) on your device. This identifier is not linked to your device's hardware ID (such as Apple's IDFA), your IP address, or any other personal tracking information.
- **Nickname:** The name you choose to enter in the App to be displayed on the global leaderboard.
- **Gameplay Statistics:** Your highest score, total games played, and the timestamp of your last update.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

- **Leaderboard Functionality:** To display your nickname and high score on the global leaderboard.
- **Progress Synchronization:** To save your gameplay statistics securely in the cloud.

We **do not** use your data for targeted advertising, marketing, or tracking your behavior across other apps or websites.

## 3. Third-Party Services

We use **Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore)** to store and synchronize your leaderboard data securely. Firebase complies with major privacy regulations. The data stored in our database is strictly limited to the information mentioned in Section 1.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), crash reporting (e.g., Crashlytics), or advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin).

## 4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your data, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The data transmitted between your device and our database is encrypted in transit, and Google Firebase stores the data securely on its servers.

## 5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your gameplay data and nickname are retained as long as necessary to maintain the global leaderboard. 

Because we use an anonymous identifier that is generated on your device, if you uninstall the App, you will lose access to your previous profile. If you would like us to manually delete your leaderboard entry, please contact us with your in-game nickname and we will remove your record.

## 6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information (for example, by entering their real name as a nickname), please contact us so that we can delete the entry.

## 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
