Highlights & Device Specific Changes:
   * Fixed a couple more possible memory leaks
   * When switching to Pixel Launcher, the system will automatically disable the AOSP Wallpaper picker
     and enable the Pixel "Wallpaper & Styles" picker. This is to address the "no app installed" message when
     trying to change the wallpaper from the Pixel Launcher home screen. Also updated the Settings app to
     reflect this change.
   * Added some new Wallpapers to both SigmaDroid Launcher and Pixel Launcher.
   * Added BCR (Basic Call Recorder) app to the ROM. This is a simple call recorder that works with the stock
     Phone app. It is not enabled by default, but can be enabled in the app's settings.
   * Updated all Gapps and dependencies and cleaned up some RRO overlays. Should see a minor quality of life
     improvement with Google apps and services. For example, if your device isn't certified, you should see
     a clickable "Fix" button directly below the "Device is not certified" message in the Play Store.
   * Addressed a handful of SEPolicy denials
   * Added preliminary support for vanilla build variants. This is still a work in progress, but the ROM should
     now be able to be built without any of the Pixel-specific features. This will be expanded upon in future
     updates.
   * Changed the keybox used by the built-in TrickyStore implementation because I found the one we were using
     floating around on the internet. The new keybox is private and unrevoked.
   * Synced with upstream crDroid changes

   * TrickyStore implemented directly into the ROM!
   * Passes STRONG integrity out of the box with no changes by the end user. Using a PRIVATE unrevoked keybox
     given to us.

   * Brought back "PixelParts" as per requests.
   * PixelParts includes Auto HBM customization and Percentaged Based Charge Control
   * Synced with upstream crDroid changes
