If you haven't got Package Control installed you will need to make a clone of this repository into your packages folder

git clone https://github.com/SimpleStateManager/SimpleStateManager-Snippets.git

The packages folder is located here:

Windows: %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 2\Packages
OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2/Packages
Linux: ~/.Sublime Text 2/Packages
