Use `vaettir_connection_status` to check local configuration. A configured
connection does not prove live connectivity or permission.

Use `vaettir_project_summary` with the user's exact project ID. The server
requires a dedicated expiring grant for this project and Codex. Report counts
as counts, not evidence of test execution, release readiness, or compliance.

If the response is suppressed, say the counts are withheld; do not infer values.
If access is denied or unavailable, refer the user to their workspace
administrator. Do not retry through generic APIs, browsers, downloads, raw test
exports, alternate credentials, or another AI provider to circumvent policy.

Never ask the user to paste credentials, patient information, customer test
content, or proprietary material into chat. Setup belongs in the approved
connection settings. This preview has no test detail, artifacts, search, plan
creation, run execution, provider inference, or mutation tools.
