# philosophic moon — Trademark Notice

"philosophic moon" and "VibeWorld" (the names) and their logos identify this
project, its official releases, and its official server instance. They are
reserved by Andrea Baldanza.

None of the licenses in this repository (PolyForm Perimeter 1.0.0) grant any
rights to either name or logo.

What this means in practice:

- **Allowed — descriptive use.** You may truthfully describe your work:
  "a client compatible with the philosophic moon protocol", "built on
  VibeWorld".
- **Not allowed — passing off.** Forks, derivatives, and community builds
  must use their own name and must not present themselves as "philosophic
  moon", "VibeWorld", either "official", or as being endorsed by or
  affiliated with the project. The official instance is the one shipped as
  the default endpoint in official release binaries.
- **Not allowed — confusing marks.** Do not use names, logos, or visual
  identities confusingly similar to "philosophic moon" or "VibeWorld" for a
  competing or unrelated product.
