Create an Ubuntu Desktop OVA for VMware Workstation/Fusion to get started with Vagrant in vCloud. ## Tools installed * Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop * [Vagrant](http://vagrantup.com) * [vagrant-vcloud](https://github.com/frapposelli/vagrant-vcloud) Plugin to work with Vagrant in vCloud * rdesktop for the [`vagrant rdp`](https://docs.vagrantup.com/v2/cli/rdp.html) command * git to clone GitHub repos * rsync to use the synced folder feature of Vagrant to transfer files into the vCloud guests. * nodejs + npm to work with [grunt-jenkins](http://documentup.com/sghill/grunt-jenkins) ## Tests The VM will be tested with [Serverspec](http://serverspec.org/) to check if all tools are installed correctly. The tests can be found in the [tests/*.rb](https://github.com/StefanScherer/vagrant-vcloud-box/tree/master/test) files. ## GitHub Built with Vagrantfile from [StefanScherer/vagrant-vcloud-box](https://github.com/StefanScherer/vagrant-vcloud-box) ## Final OVA The tested OVA will be uploaded in intranet and is available at [roecloudsrv001/vagrant/vagrant-vcloud-box_vmware.ova](http://roecloudsrv001/vagrant/vagrant-vcloud-box_vmware.ova) ## Screenshot The Desktop of the latest Jenkins build looks like this: ![Screenshot of latest Jenkins build](ws/screenshot.png) false 2 https://github.com/StefanScherer/vagrant-vcloud-box */master false vmware false false false false false bin\build.bat %JOB_NAME% examples, 0 failures true false true SSH: roecloudsrv001 false *.ova false false false false false [, ]+ 120000 false false false false false false scherer_stefan@icloud.com false false xterm
