Modpack Exception:

You are allowed to include this mod in public or private Minecraft modpacks without asking for permission, as long as the following conditions are followed:

1. The mod file must remain unmodified.
2. Swiyss must be clearly credited as the original author.
3. The mod must not be presented as being created by the modpack author.
4. This license must remain included with the mod whenever reasonably possible.
5. The modpack page, description, credits section, or file listing should mention First Class Flying and credit Swiyss.
6. You may not use the modpack exception to redistribute this mod as a standalone download, mirror, fork, edited version, or replacement release.
