--- name: get-started description: "Set up work with untitled.movie after connecting it, or when the author asks how to begin. Finds their film projects, reads the brief of the one they pick and explains how working together goes. Use it for a first conversation, not for a specific task." --- # Get started with untitled.movie Use this when the author has just connected untitled.movie or asks what they can do with it. This step reads and changes nothing. 1. Call `list_projects`. - No projects: say so and ask whether to create one. Create it with `create_project` only when the author says yes and gives a name. - One project: use it. - Several: list them by name with what is waiting on the author, and ask which one. 2. Call `get_project_brief` for that project and tell the author in a few lines where it stands: what the film is, what canon settles, which questions are open, what is waiting on them and where the roadmap is. 3. Explain briefly how working together goes: - You propose, the author decides. What you create is a proposal until they accept it. - Work happens in sessions. Each one starts with the author's request and ends with a summary, and is listed in the project. - What you write is marked as written with AI in the project's history. 4. Offer two or three next steps that fit the brief, for example the gatekeeper questions, a rough outline, an honest finding on the current draft or a shot list for a scene. Then wait for the author's choice. Don't open a session, write, propose or decide anything in this step. If a tool is refused, tell the author what this connection may not do (changes, a toolset or a project they left out). They chose that when connecting; to change it they disconnect the app under Connected apps on untitled.movie and connect again. If the author asks for something different from these steps, do what the author asks.
