# OceTags Proprietary License

This License governs your use of OceTags (the "Software"), a Minecraft modification, released by Typoplays (the "Author"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this License.

## 1. Grant of License

The Author grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial use, in its unmodified, distributed form. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

## 2. Restrictions

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

- copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
- redistribute, reupload, mirror, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, modified or not, free or paid;
- sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or license notice in the Software;
- use the Software, or anything it communicates with, to build a competing tiertagger or similar product;
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to make bulk requests through the Software or any API it uses, beyond ordinary single-player use;
- use the Software in a way that violates the terms of any server or service it connects to (including OceNet and MCTiers), or Minecraft's EULA.

## 3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Author retains all right, title, and interest in it. This License grants no rights to the Author's or OceNet's trademarks, names, or logos.

## 4. Third-Party Services

The Software communicates with third-party services (including ocenet.club and mctiers.com) that the Author does not control. These may change or go offline without notice, and the Author is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or handling of data.

## 5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS LICENSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE, WHICH THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE MAY BE ZERO.

## 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Author harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your violation of this License or misuse of the Software.

## 8. Termination

Your rights under this License end automatically if you fail to comply with it. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

## 9. Changes and Contact

The Author (Typoplays) may update this License for future releases; continued use of a version is governed by the License it was released under. Versions previously released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 remain available under that license.
