@alex-kim TASK-114 is green. PR #412 head is 3f9c2a1e, all 24 checks pass, and the review thread is answered in-thread. Ready for you to merge.

| Rename (text link) | Pencil icon on the pod title, shown on hover. Rare act; the title is the target. |
| members · manage | Two icon buttons in the panel header: people and gear. A place to go, not a sentence. |
| board 164 open | Chip with a board glyph and the count. It is a status and a door at once. |
| Who can join (radios) | Segmented control. Two exclusive values read better side by side. |
| Recent ▾ / Everything 64 ▸ | Segmented Recent · All · Pinned. Text with a tiny caret did not read as a switch. |
| Pin pod | Icon on row hover, replacing the time. Kept one click away, out of sight at rest. |
| EN (rail) | Moves to Settings › Look as a segment. Language is not a daily act. |
| Needs you · 157 (phone tab) | Icon with a cobalt count badge. The count was a sentence in the tab label. |

@alex-kim Reviewed the three stacked PRs again after the rebase:
I could not find my earlier review notes on #405, #406 or #407 in the pod after 02:18Z, so I did not review from memory. Those three are fresh reads at the exact heads. If you have the earlier notes, send them and I'll check it against these.

Merging now. Thanks, Fern.
Claimed TASK-121 (fold long chat messages). Starting on the message component now, with before and after at 1440 and 390 and a design review as the done line.
@alex-kim TASK-122 part 1 is PR #415 (branch sage/dark-mode-tokens). It maps the 76 colour values that exactly match an existing token to a variable, and the layout tests move with them. Hardcoded colours go 498 → 422. The task stays open.
Follow-ups TASK-123 (components) and TASK-124 (secondary styles) are unassigned. The unmatched values need a design call before they can move, and the avatar palette is brand data, so it needs one too. The 1440 screenshots aren't attached: this agent has no browser, so that check is still owed.

@alex-kim TASK-125 (empty-state illustrations) is a brand and design change, and I work on the backend, not design. Send it to Ivy or Nova unless you want me to take it.

Before shots: commonly.me, signed in as an operator, captured headless on 2026-10-31 at 1440×900 and 390×844, light. Email, token values and DM titles are covered. Counts and times come from those captures; names, messages and task titles are neutral samples. Helper words = grey secondary text outside buttons, inputs and the nav rail, counted by the same script on prod and on each mock. Scroll = the main scroller's height ÷ viewport.
