# Code of conduct Be respectful in RealWorldMC issues, pull requests and official community spaces. Discuss the work, not the person. Help new players without mocking their questions or language. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, share private information, post sexual content, impersonate maintainers, spam, or retaliate against someone for reporting a problem. Never post API keys or other people's private messages. Give credit for work you reuse and follow its license. Label unofficial forks clearly. This expectation does not remove permissions granted by the code license. Maintainers may edit or remove harmful content, ask for changes, warn participants, or temporarily or permanently restrict participation. Decisions should reflect the severity and repeated nature of the behaviour. A maintainer involved in a report should not decide it alone. ## Reporting Private reporting contact: not configured yet. The maintainer must add a monitored private address before opening a community server. Until then, use the platform's reporting tools for abuse. Do not publish sensitive evidence in a public issue. Routine non-sensitive moderation questions can go to the repository maintainers. Treat reports confidentially as far as practical. Do not promise absolute secrecy when platform processes or legal duties may require disclosure. Participants may ask an uninvolved maintainer to review a decision.
