Acceptance By downloading, installing, copying, or using MuxMaster ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. Definitions - **"Personal Use"** means use by an individual, acting on their own behalf, for private, non-revenue-generating purposes. Personal Use includes home media libraries, personal archival, hobbyist projects, and similar activities. - **"Commercial Use"** means any use of the Software in connection with revenue-generating activity, whether direct or indirect. This includes, but is not limited to: use by or on behalf of a business, corporation, or partnership; use by a freelancer or contractor as part of paid work; use in a product or service offered to customers; and use to process media that will be sold, licensed, or monetized (including ad-supported distribution). Internal use by a for-profit entity is Commercial Use regardless of whether the output is sold. - **"Nonprofit and Government Use"** — Use by registered nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies for their internal, non-revenue-generating operations is treated as Personal Use and does not require a commercial license. --- ## 3.
