The source baseline, README and license are preserved under upstream/ in
the Git repository. The policy and snapshot/gate implementation are reused
in src/index.js. This derivative replaces the original DSH LLM invocation
with a fixed codex-auto-review CLI transport and adds fail-closed validation,
final denials, cancellation handling and read-only unload behavior.

The original MIT notice is retained in LICENSE.
