Artwork attribution

  [ICON-ATTRIBUTION.md](./ICON-ATTRIBUTION.md)；
- The icons come from the **PRTS wiki** (`media.prts.wiki`) and belong to Hypergryph and the
respective artists; per-item provenance is in [ICON-ATTRIBUTION.md](./ICON-ATTRIBUTION.md).
- The **four handwritten signatures** (Amiya, Kal'tsit, the Doctor, Theresa) are in
`assets/signatures/` and are also inlined into the stylesheet. They belong to Hypergryph too.

Scope of use

The artwork is bundled so that the skin works out of the box, and is intended for **personal,
local use only**: not for commercial use, not for redistribution, not for derivative works
published anywhere. Rights holders: open an issue and the file will be removed.

Illustrators

The names above were supplied with the set as a group. They are listed as a group on purpose:
the set came without a file-by-file mapping, and spreading the names across the twelve files
would present a guess as attribution. Send the mapping and this becomes a per-image table.

Per-image record
