It polls a list of RSS/Atom feeds, fetches each new post's full article (Substack API, the feed's own content, or Readability over the page, whichever works), translates it into the language you pick, describes the figures and charts so they are narrated instead of skipped, renders the result to speech, and publishes it as an Audiobookshelf *book* library: one folder per article, per-article cover art, ID3-tagged MP3. There is no WebUI. The container runs the pipeline every CRON_INTERVAL_SECONDS (default 3 hours) and logs what it did. Posts already processed are recorded in a SQLite database under the data path, so a restart never re-narrates the same article. Two paths, kept apart on purpose: /app/data the pipeline's own state - database, rendered episodes, covers, and resumable per-block scratch files. /app/library the published tree. Point Audiobookshelf at this one as a Book library; it never sees scratch files. You supply the model backends. LLM: Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, or a local Ollama server. Text-to-speech: an HTTP TTS service or Amazon Polly. The feed list is a newline-separated text file you mount in. https://github.com/Theviki20110/feedbard/issues https://github.com/Theviki20110/feedbard https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Theviki20110/unraid-community-template/main/templates/feedbard.xml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Theviki20110/feedbard/main/README.md MediaApp:Books Tools:Utilities rss atom feed podcast tts text-to-speech audiobookshelf narration translation llm Internet access. An LLM backend (Anthropic API key, AWS Bedrock credentials, or an Ollama server) and a TTS backend (HTTP TTS service, SageMaker endpoint, or Amazon Polly). An Audiobookshelf install pointed at the library path is recommended but not required. ### 0.1.1 - PNG icon, registry link, drop MaxVer so newer Unraid releases still list the app. ### 0.1.0 - Initial Unraid release. 2026-09-18 6.9.0 MIT 10800 Italian anthropic claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 http false
