By using Chorey, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

## Subscriptions & Payments

- Chorey offers auto‑renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) via Apple’s App Store.
- Free trial lengths are shown before purchase and in the app.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

## Acceptable Use

- Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, or upload unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the content you add, including photos and notes.

## Content Ownership

- You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us permission to process and store that content solely to provide the service.

## Disclaimers

- The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that tasks will be completed or that the app will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

## Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chorey Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

## Changes

- We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
