DevSurf is developed by Tiar Apps as a free mobile web browser with integrated developer tools. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

- **Developer tools usage:** temporary logs or inspection data generated by the built-in console (Eruda) are stored **locally** on your device only.

DevSurf may include advertisements to support the app. In this context:

- Ads may be **personalized** using anonymized device and usage information such as:
  - Device type and OS

  - Browsing patterns within the app (non-identifying)
