    "comment": "While this proposal itself does not outline all the specifics of this plan and there have been some doubts about Intersect, particularly its proposed budget, I am encouraged by recent progress in communications between the DRep community and the team at Intersect. I believe that Cardano's ecosystem development is extremely time-sensitive, and Intersect, in collaboration with the community's appointed DReps, represent our best option at this time. I hope that communication and process refinements continue to improve over the coming years."
