Streakly ("we", "our", or "the app") is a habit tracking application developed by an independent developer. Your privacy is important to us.

## Information We Collect

### Data Stored on Your Device
- Habit names, icons, colors, and schedules you create
- Habit completion records and streak data
- App preferences and settings

### HealthKit Data
- Streakly can optionally read and write health data (steps, water intake, sleep, mindfulness minutes, workout time) with your explicit permission
- HealthKit data is never transferred off your device
- HealthKit data is not shared with third parties
- HealthKit data is not used for advertising

### Data Synced via iCloud
- If you use iCloud, your habit data may be synced across your devices via Apple's CloudKit
- This data is protected by Apple's iCloud security and your Apple ID

## Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
- We do not track your location
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
- We do not serve advertisements
- We do not share or sell any data to third parties

## Third-Party Services
- **Apple HealthKit**: Used only when you grant permission, data stays on device
- **Apple CloudKit/iCloud**: Used for data sync between your devices
- **Apple StoreKit**: Used for in-app purchases, managed entirely by Apple

## Data Retention
All your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. If you delete the app, local data is removed. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings.

## Children's Privacy
Streakly does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
