# Terms of Use

By downloading or using Streakly ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

## Use of the App
- Streakly is a personal habit tracking app designed for individual use
- You are responsible for maintaining the data you enter into the app
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

## Subscriptions and Purchases
- Streakly offers optional in-app purchases (monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period; refund requests should be directed to Apple

## HealthKit
- HealthKit integration is optional and requires your explicit consent
- Health data accessed by Streakly is used solely within the app to track your habits
- Streakly does not use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with third parties

## Intellectual Property
- All content, design, and code in Streakly are the property of the developer
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

## Limitation of Liability
- Streakly is not a medical, health, or fitness advice tool
- The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
- Use of HealthKit data is at your own discretion and risk

## Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

## Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
