Woosa respects and protects the privacy of all users of its services. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Woosa will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 2.1 General Personal Information
Woosa collects and uses your personal information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving its services. Woosa will not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior consent.
If a third party provides services to you with Woosa’s involvement (including Woosa Affiliated Companies), such third parties will be prohibited from accessing any of your personal information after the service ends, including information they could access during the service period.
Woosa prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information without authorization. If any user is found engaging in such activities, Woosa has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

If you use health-related features of Woosa’s services, Woosa may collect and process your Health Data, including but not limited to breathing patterns, physiological data, exercise status, sleep data, and other health-related information you provide or generate while using the service.
Health Data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

When you are a qualified intellectual property owner who has filed a complaint, and disclosure is required to the respondent to handle potential rights disputes;
In transactions conducted on the Woosa platform, if either party has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Woosa has the right to provide the user with necessary information (such as the other party’s contact details) to facilitate transaction completion or dispute resolution;
Other disclosures deemed appropriate by Woosa in accordance with laws, regulations, or platform policies.
4. Storage, Retention and Exchange of Information
4.1 Storage and Exchange
Your information collected by Woosa will be stored on the servers of Woosa and/or its affiliated companies. Such information may be transmitted to, accessed, stored, and displayed in your country, region, or overseas where Woosa’s information collection servers are located.

Woosa retains your personal information (including Health Data) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws. Generally, user account data will be retained for 2 years after your account becomes inactive, unless longer retention is mandated by law.
