Photos and videos

Timestamps

Location data

Notes and metadata

is stored locally on your device only using encrypted local storage.

3. Permissions

The app may request access to:

Camera – to capture proof media

Location – to attach geographic context

Storage – to save proof files locally

These permissions are used only for app functionality and never for tracking.

4. No Cloud Sync

Proof App does not:

Require user accounts

Sync data to the cloud

Upload data to any server

Share data with third parties

You remain the sole owner of your data.

5. Sharing & Export

When you choose to export or share proofs (PDF, image, or video), the data is shared only through your chosen platform (email, messaging apps, etc.).

Proof App does not retain or monitor shared content.

Proof App adds timestamps, location data, and integrity hashes to help users organize and reference personal records.

In-app purchases are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Proof App does not collect or store payment information.

Proof App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
