### Điều Khoản Dịch Vụ

**1. Định Nghĩa**
   - **Agent Bot Team**: Là đội ngũ phát triển và vận hành dịch vụ Agent Bot và Agent Fake trên nền tảng Discord.
   - **Người dùng**: Là cá nhân sử dụng các dịch vụ của Agent Bot hoặc Agent Fake thông qua nền tảng Discord.
   - **Nền tảng**: Là nền tảng Discord, nơi diễn ra các hoạt động tương tác giữa người dùng và Agent Bot hoặc Agent Fake.
   - **Dịch vụ**: Là hệ sinh thái Agent, bao gồm Agent Bot (tài khoản chính) và Agent Fake (tài khoản bot beta đang hoạt động), cũng như đơn vị tiền tệ ảo AG Money (Agent Money).

**2. Chấp nhận điều khoản sử dụng**
   - Khi sử dụng Agent Bot hoặc Agent Fake, người dùng mặc định đồng ý với tất cả các điều khoản và chính sách được quy định tại đây. Nếu không đồng ý, người dùng nên ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ ngay lập tức.

**3. Tuổi tối thiểu**
   - Người dùng phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên để sử dụng dịch vụ, theo yêu cầu của nền tảng Discord. Vi phạm độ tuổi sẽ dẫn đến việc ngừng cung cấp dịch vụ ngay lập tức mà không cần thông báo trước.

**4. Quy định sử dụng dịch vụ**
   - Người dùng phải tuân thủ tất cả các điều khoản và quy định của Agent Bot Team trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ.
   - Mọi hành vi vi phạm, bao gồm gian lận, lạm dụng, hoặc gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến dịch vụ hoặc người dùng khác, sẽ bị xử lý nghiêm minh và có thể dẫn đến việc thu hồi AG Money, tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt quyền sử dụng dịch vụ của người dùng.

**5. Giá trị và giới hạn chuyển đổi của AG Money**
   - AG Money là tiền tệ ảo do Agent Bot Team phát hành và quản lý, chỉ có giá trị trong hệ sinh thái Agent.
   - Người dùng không được phép chuyển đổi bất kỳ vật phẩm, tài sản hay hiện vật nào, bao gồm vật phẩm kỹ thuật số hoặc vật phẩm vật lý, thành AG Money. AG Money không có giá trị ngoài nền tảng Discord và không thể quy đổi thành tiền mặt, hàng hóa, hoặc dịch vụ ngoài hệ sinh thái của Agent Bot.
   - Agent Bot Team có toàn quyền kiểm soát và quyết định việc phát hành, thu hồi, hoặc tạm ngừng sử dụng AG Money mà không cần thông báo trước.

**6. Quyền thu hồi tài khoản và AG Money**
   - Agent Bot Team có quyền thu hồi tài khoản hoặc AG Money của người dùng nếu phát hiện hành vi vi phạm điều khoản dịch vụ hoặc nhận được nhiều báo cáo đáng tin cậy về hành vi vi phạm của người dùng.
   - Người dùng có quyền kháng cáo trong các trường hợp bị xử lý vi phạm; tuy nhiên, phán quyết cuối cùng vẫn thuộc về Agent Bot Team.

**7. Hỗ trợ người dùng và giải quyết tranh chấp**
   - Agent Bot Team có trách nhiệm hỗ trợ người dùng trong trường hợp xảy ra tranh chấp, ngoại trừ các trường hợp từ chối giải quyết đã được nêu ở mục 8.
   - Trong quá trình hỗ trợ, Agent Bot Team sẽ đưa ra các phán quyết công bằng và minh bạch dựa trên thông tin và quy định hiện có. Tuy nhiên, mọi quyết định cuối cùng trong tranh chấp sẽ thuộc về Agent Bot Team.

**8. Từ chối giải quyết**
   - Các trường hợp vi phạm điều khoản của Agent Bot hoặc liên quan đến hành vi gian lận (bao gồm cả việc lừa đảo hoặc bị lừa đảo) sẽ bị từ chối xử lý. Điều này nhằm đảm bảo tính minh bạch và công bằng trong việc quản lý dịch vụ.

**9. Thay đổi điều khoản**
   - Agent Bot Team có quyền cập nhật hoặc thay đổi các điều khoản dịch vụ bất cứ lúc nào để phù hợp với yêu cầu của nền tảng hoặc pháp luật hiện hành. Khi có thay đổi, người dùng sẽ được thông báo và việc tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sẽ được xem là chấp nhận điều khoản mới.

### Terms of Service

**1. Definitions**
   - **Agent Bot Team**: Refers to the team responsible for developing and operating the Agent Bot and Agent Fake services on the Discord platform.
   - **User**: An individual utilizing the Agent Bot or Agent Fake services through the Discord platform.
   - **Platform**: The Discord platform, where interactions between users and Agent Bot or Agent Fake occur.
   - **Service**: The Agent ecosystem, which includes Agent Bot (the main account) and Agent Fake (the active beta bot account), as well as the virtual currency AG Money (Agent Money).

**2. Acceptance of Terms of Service**
   - By using Agent Bot or Agent Fake, users agree to all terms and policies outlined here. If a user disagrees, they should cease using the service immediately.

**3. Minimum age requirement**
   - Users must be at least 13 years old to use the service, per Discord platform requirements. Violations of the age requirement will result in immediate service termination without prior notice.

**4. Service usage rules**
   - Users are required to comply with all terms and regulations set by Agent Bot Team during their use of the service.
   - Any violation, including fraud, abuse, or actions that negatively impact the service or other users, will be strictly addressed and may result in revocation of AG Money, suspension, or termination of the user’s access to the service.

**5. Value and Prohibited asset conversion of AG Money**
   - AG Money is a virtual currency issued and managed by Agent Bot Team, with value only within the Agent ecosystem.
   - Users are prohibited from converting any items, assets, or tangible goods, including digital or physical items, into AG Money. AG Money has no value outside the Discord platform and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of the Agent Bot ecosystem.
   - Agent Bot Team reserves full rights to control, issue, withdraw, or suspend the use of AG Money without prior notice.

**6. Account and AG Money revocation rights**
   - Agent Bot Team has the right to revoke a user’s account or AG Money if there is evidence of violations of the Terms of Service or if the user is reliably reported for misconduct multiple times.
   - Users have the right to appeal decisions related to violations; however, final judgment remains with Agent Bot Team.

**7. User support and dispute resolution**
   - Agent Bot Team is responsible for supporting users in the event of disputes, except in cases of violation as stated in Section 8.
   - In providing support, Agent Bot Team will make fair and transparent decisions based on current information and regulations. However, all final decisions in disputes rest with Agent Bot Team.

**8. Refusal of service**
   - Cases involving violations of Agent Bot's terms or fraudulent actions (including scamming or being scammed) will not be addressed. This policy ensures transparency and fairness in managing the service.

**9. Changes to Terms of Service**
   - Agent Bot Team reserves the right to update or change the Terms of Service at any time to meet platform or legal requirements. Users will be informed of any changes, and continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
