# FitBlock — Privacy Policy _Last updated: August 09, 2026_ FitBlock ("the app") is developed by **Valenwe**. This policy explains what the app accesses on your device and how it is used. **Contact: valenwe007@gmail.com**. ## The short version **FitBlock does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.** Everything the app does happens **on your device**. The app does not request internet access and does not send any of your information to the developer or to any third party. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The only exception is the optional in-app purchase (FitBlock Pro), which is handled entirely by Google Play — see "Purchases" below. ## What the app accesses, and why (all on-device) - **Camera** — used **only** to detect your push-ups through on-device body/face analysis (Google ML Kit, running locally). Frames are analysed in memory and discarded, **with one exception**: when you beat your all-time push-up record, a single photo of that moment is saved to the app's **private on-device storage** so it can be shown on your stats screen. This photo is **never transmitted**, is overwritten by your next record, and is deleted when you uninstall the app. - **Physical activity / steps** — the app reads your device's step counter to award screen-time credit. Step counts are stored only on your device. - **Exercise data via Health Connect** (optional, FitBlock Pro) — if you enable it and grant permission, the app reads your recorded **exercise-session durations** from Android Health Connect to award screen-time credit. This data is read **on-device only**, is **never transmitted**, and you can revoke access at any time in Health Connect. - **Accessibility service** — used **only** to detect which application is currently in the foreground, so that apps you chose to block can be locked when your screen-time credit runs out. It does **not** read, record, log, or transmit the contents of your screen, your keystrokes, or any personal information. - **List of installed apps** — read so you can choose which apps to block. This list never leaves your device. - **Display over other apps** — used to show the lock screen on top of a blocked app. - **Notifications** — used to show your remaining screen-time credit. ## Where your data is stored All app settings and statistics — the apps you block, your schedule, your screen-time credit, your push-up counts and history, your streak, your all-time record and its photo, and your chosen difficulty, language and theme — are stored **locally** in the app's private storage on your device. This data is removed when you uninstall the app. ## Purchases FitBlock offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, **FitBlock Pro**. This purchase is processed **entirely by Google Play Billing**. Google Play handles the transaction and your payment information; the developer **never receives, sees, or stores your payment details** — the app only learns whether the purchase was completed, so it can unlock the Pro features. Google's handling of the transaction is governed by **Google's Privacy Policy** (https://policies.google.com/privacy). ## Data sharing **None.** FitBlock does not contact any server and does not share your information with the developer or any third party. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. ## Children FitBlock is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. ## Your choices You can revoke any permission at any time in Android's Settings. You can permanently delete all app data by uninstalling FitBlock. ## Changes to this policy If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date. ## Contact Questions about this policy: **valenwe007@gmail.com**.
