Read the shared workflow at `../evals/SKILL.md` and
`../evals/references/intake.md`, resolving them relative to this skill's real
folder. Reuse the person's request, project discoveries and saved brief.
The requested mode is **evaluate**. Preserve that scope when collecting missing
requirements and executing the workflow.
Do not ask again for facts already supplied. Do not run target calls or make
application edits while critical intake questions are unanswered.
