By downloading or using the Reelcut AI app (the "App"), you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Ownership and License

Reelcut AI is owned and operated by Blank Canvas Design Co. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract the source code, or create derivative versions of the App.
• Use the trademarks, copyrights, templates, designs, or intellectual property of the App without explicit permission.

We retain all rights to the App and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Reelcut AI offers subscription-based access to premium features.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed through your Apple ID account.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

3. Service Access and Responsibilities

User Responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is secure, running an official operating system, and free from malware or viruses. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise the App's functionality.

Internet Access:

Some features of the App require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile network. We are not responsible for any charges or fees from your network provider.

Updates:

The App may periodically update to improve functionality or compatibility. It is your responsibility to install updates for continued use. We cannot guarantee that older versions of the App will function correctly without updates.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Local Data Storage:

All photos, videos, and related content you upload or create using the App are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Services:

The App may integrate third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, or performance tracking. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blank Canvas Design Co. is not responsible for:

• Any interruptions to the App caused by network or device-related issues.
• Loss or corruption of data due to errors, malware, or misuse of the App.
• Charges incurred from mobile network providers while using the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk. We make no guarantees that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms.

Upon termination:

• You must delete the App and all related content from your device.
• Your license to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through an App update. The latest version of the terms will always be available within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
