# Third-party notices

`dsh-dictation` uses `sherpa-onnx` under the Apache License 2.0. The optional
Nemotron adapter uses the official NeMo-Speech.cpp runtime under Apache-2.0.

SenseVoice, Paraformer, and Nemotron model files are optional downloads and are
not bundled in this package. Each pinned model remains subject to the terms
published with its upstream repository. In particular, Nemotron 3.5 ASR uses
the NVIDIA Open Model License Agreement 1.1 published with the model.
