# Terms of Service for Pop Party

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Pop Party ("the App"), a Discord Activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service
Pop Party is a multiplayer party game Discord Activity that allows users to participate in interactive games with friends in voice channels. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified from time to time.

## 3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

## 4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or impair the App's functionality
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage
- Harass, bully, or abuse other players
- Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

## 7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the experience for other users.

## 8. Discord's Terms
Your use of Pop Party is also governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

## 9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
