Cooking Pelicgcies (hereinafter referred to as "the Game," "we," "us," or "our") respects and protects the personal privacy of all users who use our Game services. We do not actively collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact list, unless you proactively provide them through our customer support channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
Providing Core Game Services: Running game logic, saving game progress, and managing level states.
Displaying Ads: The Game is free-to-play and generates operational revenue by displaying third-party video ads (including rewarded video ads and interstitial video ads). We use SDKs provided by our advertising partners to serve ads. These SDKs collect the aforementioned device information and ad interaction data to determine which ads to show you. Some ads may be personalized ads, targeted based on your behavior in other applications.
Game Optimization and Analytics: Analyzing user behavior patterns to improve level design, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
Security and Anti-Fraud: Detecting and preventing fraudulent behavior, abuse, or unauthorized access.
3. Third-Party Advertising Services and Data Sharing
The Game integrates third-party advertising platform SDKs to provide video ad services. These third-party service providers may access or collect your device information and ad interaction data when you watch ads.
Our current third-party advertising services may include, but are not limited to:
AdMob (Google): Google's mobile advertising platform, responsible for serving rewarded video ads and interstitial video ads. The data collected includes device IDs, IP addresses, ad interaction records, etc. Google is committed to complying with GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws and offers a "Restricted Data Processing" mode for users to choose.
Unity Ads / IronSource (LevelPlay): Common advertising mediation platforms for game applications, used to monetize through video ads. Their SDKs collect device identifiers, ad impression/click data, session duration, etc., for ad delivery and performance analysis.
Important Notes:
These third-party SDKs have independent privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their official policies for detailed data handling practices.
In regions where legally required (such as the European Economic Area and the UK), we will present a pop-up prompt to request your ad tracking authorization (App Tracking Transparency, or ATT) upon the first launch of the Game. You have the right to choose "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track." Your choice will affect whether you receive personalized ads.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any unrelated third parties unless we have obtained your explicit prior consent or are otherwise required by law.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Storage Location: Your game progress, settings, and other data are primarily stored locally on your device. We generally do not store your personal information on our own servers.
Retention Period: Data collected by third-party advertising SDKs is retained in accordance with the privacy policies of those respective third parties. We periodically clean up data that has been inactive for a long time.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on the laws of your region (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the following rights:
Access and Correction: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate information.
Data Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Since the game data is primarily stored locally, you may clear local data by uninstalling the Game. If you need to delete data collected through third-party SDKs, please contact us using the information provided below, and we will assist in forwarding deletion requests to the relevant third parties.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may change your consent for personalized advertising at any time. You can do so by navigating to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" toggle, or by disabling tracking for the Game individually.
Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You may enable the "Limit Ad Tracking" feature in your iOS device settings, or visit the opt-out pages of third-party advertising platforms (such as Google's Ad Settings).
6. Children's Privacy Protection
The Game is not intended for children under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that we have inadvertently collected your child's information, please contact us promptly, and we will delete the relevant data immediately.
