# PaperQuay Trademark Note

`PaperQuay`, its product identity, and related branding are not automatically granted for unrestricted reuse just because the source code is available under `AGPL-3.0-only`.

The AGPL license governs software freedom for the community edition source code. It does not grant permission to imply official affiliation, endorsement, or brand authorization for forks, derivative distributions, hosted services, or commercial offerings using the `PaperQuay` name and branding.

If you redistribute or deploy modified community-edition builds, you should:

- keep the original copyright and license notices
- state that you changed the software
- provide the corresponding source code when AGPL requires it
- avoid presenting your fork or service as the official `PaperQuay` product unless you have separate permission

If you need a closed-source commercial license, permission to use the `PaperQuay` name or branding, or commercial support, contact the maintainer for a separate agreement.
