EVA-Inspired-Theme — third-party notices ======================================== This package redistributes the third-party components listed below. Each one keeps its own license. Nothing here is relicensed as MIT. The license in package.json covers this project's own code and styling only. The components below are carved out of it, and the brand marks in section 2 carry a non-commercial term that applies to anyone redistributing or reusing them together with this package. 1. Display font — build/great-vibes-latin.woff2 ----------------------------------------------- Great Vibes, Copyright 2015 The Great Vibes Pro Project Authors. License: SIL Open Font License 1.1. The license text ships with the font in build/great-vibes-OFL.txt. The file is redistributed unmodified: a Latin subset of the original woff2, with no change to the glyphs and no change to the font name. 2. Both derived images are offered under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 terms, and both stay non-commercial. What this means in practice for anyone reusing this package: Attribution Keep the three credits above with their links, the license name and its link, and the note that the images were changed. NonCommercial You may not use these images, or this package as distributed, for commercial purposes. Selling it, bundling it into a paid product and using it to promote a product all count as commercial. ShareAlike If you adapt the images, you must release your adaptation under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 or a compatible license. Vendored client halves — build/plugin-toggle.js, build/session-eva-status.js ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Both files started as byte-for-byte copies of code from other plugins, not written for this theme (see the caveats at the end of this section). Both upstream repositories carry them in their own LICENSE files; the full MIT text and the copyright line are section 1 of this repository's LICENSE. Neither of these two files carries a notice of its own, and both are inlined into the generated client.js, so if you redistribute either file or the bundle, carry this section with it. Two caveats, added 2026-10-09, the second amended 2026-10-10. build/session-eva-status.js (D78) is no longer a byte-for-byte copy: this repository patches three spots in its hot path — a frame-coalesced schedule, a compare-then-write pin attribute, and cancelling the pending frame on dispose — because the upstream checkout is not available here to fix and re-vendor. build/plugin-toggle.js (D79) is patched in six spots. Five of them are performance-only and none of those five is behavioural: a reload sequence guard, a single-slot reload debounce, a compare-then-write button text, a throttled body redraw, and a Set-based reason dedupe. The sixth (D82) does change behaviour, and is the reason this file is no longer a faithful copy of upstream in any sense: upstream excludes only the switch's own package from the batch, but this copy is vendored into the theme's client bundle, so the theme itself is an unofficial plugin too and would otherwise be offered up for disabling — by a button that the theme's own bundle provides. The switch now excludes its host bundle as well. Both lists are at the top of the respective file and pinned by the cli.27 and cli.28 checks in tools/selfcheck.mjs; everything else in each file is still upstream's code. Refreshing either file from upstream must re-apply them. 4. Background wallpapers — NOT redistributed, linked by URL ----------------------------------------------------------- This repository carries no image bytes for a background. `build/wallpapers.json` (tracked) names two third-party pictures by URL; the build turns those into CSS `url()` values, and the browser fetches each one from the host its entry names (haowallpaper.com for the light default, wallhaven for the dark one) when the theme paints.
