# Wukong AICRM Trademark Policy

This policy explains how the names, logos, and brand assets associated with Wukong AICRM may be used.

The Wukong AICRM Noncommercial Use License does not grant trademark rights.

## Protected Marks

Protected marks include, but are not limited to:

- Wukong
- Wukong CRM
- Wukong AICRM
- 悟空 CRM
- 悟空 AICRM
- Related logos, icons, product names, domain names, and brand assets

## Permitted Uses

You may use the protected marks to:

- Refer truthfully to the original Wukong AICRM project.
- Preserve attribution, copyright notices, and required notices.
- Describe source compatibility in a way that does not imply official endorsement.

## Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

- Claim or imply that your product, service, fork, or distribution is official.
- Use protected marks in a way that creates confusion with official Wukong AICRM products or services.
- Use names such as "Official Wukong AICRM", "Wukong Cloud", or confusingly similar names for competing or commercial services.
- Use official logos or brand assets for commercial promotion in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or authorization.

## Forks and Modified Versions

If you distribute or demonstrate a modified version with permission, make it clear that it is modified and not an official distribution unless you have written authorization.
