Code completion and KV/VCSS/VLUA/VXML syntax for DOTA 2 reborn custom gamemode development

# Installation

### Install With Package Control

1. Install Package control [Package Control Installation Guide](https://packagecontrol.io/installation);

2. Press `Ctrl+Shift+P`, Type `Package Control: Install Package` and hit `Enter`;

3. Type `Dota Reborn Package` after the repositories are loaded and hit `Enter`;


### Manual

* Drag the `Dota-Sublime-Package` folder into your packages folder.
